Pastor Parris Bailey After living a life of being “unchurched”, Pastor Parris was dramatically introduced to Christ out at the Lakefront of New Orleans. Pastors Frank and Parris were married within the month and off to Bible School in California. She was just sixteen and the year was 1973.  After being directed by the Lord to return to New Orleans after graduating, they founded Victory Fellowship that is now over 30 years old. They have four grown children and four grandchildren. Pastor Parris enjoys taking care of the administration of Victory and Victory Academy, reaching out to women, preaching in the Victory Churches with a practical message of hope, love and encouragement in the Holy Ghost! Pam George Pamela George came to Victory in April of 1992, broken and confused. She answered the altar call and totally surrendered her life to the Lord. She immediately got involved in ministry in October 1992, helping out in children's ministry for 8 yrs, teaching at VCA preschool, Summer Camp, our Mom's Day Out program, and assisting Pastor Brandy in women's ministry, hospitality and any area needed. God has filled her heart with His love and she just can not help but pour that same love back into others. In October of 2006 the Lord began to tug on her heart to come to our Broad St. church and share that love the women here.
